1. What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in personalized and custom gifts including photo mugs, customized wallets, pillows, lamps, nameplates, frames, hampers, corporate gifts, and more.
Every product is designed to make your celebrations special.


2. Do you offer customization on all products?

Most of our products come with customization options such as photos, names, messages, or logos.
Customization details can be uploaded directly on the product page or shared with us after ordering.


3. How do I place a custom order?

You can place your order directly from the website by uploading your details.

4. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
    Customized items may require 1–4 days for processing before shipping.


5. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery.
However, we process all orders as quickly as possible.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
You can also track your order through our “Track Order” page.


7. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once the designing or printing process has started.
    Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.


8. What is your return and refund policy?

  • Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return under specific conditions.
    Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information.


9. What if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery.

    We will offer a replacement as per our policy.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India.


11. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we accept bulk and corporate gifting orders for events, offices, and celebrations.
