🚫 Cancellation Policy – ACCESSORIES GIFT WORLD
At ACCESSORIES GIFT WORLD, we work hard to process and ship your orders quickly—especially customized items. To ensure smooth processing, please review our cancellation guidelines below.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Processing)
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

If the order has not entered processing or customization, we will issue a cancellation confirmation.
2. Cancellation of Customized Products
Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once:
Designing has started
Custom details (photos, text, names, etc.) have been processed
The product is already in production
Because each personalized product is specially made for you, cancellation is not possible after the work has begun.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
You may refuse delivery only if the package appears tampered or damaged.
(For replacements, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.)
4. Cancellation by the Company
ACCESSORIES GIFT WORLD reserves the right to cancel an order if:
The product is unavailable/out of stock
There are issues with incorrect address or non-serviceable locations
Payment is incomplete or flagged as suspicious
Technical/system errors occur
In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund (if applicable) will be issued.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible cancellations made within the allowed time, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: UPI refunds may reflect sooner depending on bank processing time.
