  • Customized products may require 1–4 days for designing and production, depending on the product.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen logistics delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We offer free shipping on selected products and promotional offers.

  • Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:
