At Accessories Gift World, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Each of our products is crafted with care, especially personalized items made just for you. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customized Products

Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns, replacements, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
Please make sure to double-check all customization details (photos, text, spelling, etc.) before submitting your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share the following details via email or WhatsApp:

• Order ID
• Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product and its packaging

Once we verify the issue, we will provide one of the following solutions:

• Replacement of the item (in case of damage or incorrect product), which will be delivered within 3 to 6 business days

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Bank, UPI, or Card).
Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Return Shipping

For damaged or wrong products, return shipping costs will be covered by Accessories Gift World.
For all other cases (if approved), the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing the order and before customization begins.
Once production starts, we cannot accept any cancellations or modifications.
